# Commercial use

The DDNYC Contact Card Kit is licensed under MIT. Subject to the included license notice, you may use it for:

- paid client work;
- internal company tools;
- commercial products and hosted services;
- workshops, courses and consulting;
- modified or white-labeled distributions; and
- resale as part of a larger product.

Attribution is appreciated but not required by the license. Preserve the copyright and permission notice in copies or substantial portions of the software.

The license covers the code, not third-party identity or event rights. Replace all example identity data and artwork. Do not use Anthem Hayek Blanchard, Doginal Dogs, DDNYC or related names, logos, profile pictures or trade dress to imply sponsorship, approval or endorsement.

You are responsible for privacy disclosures, consent, accessibility, security, hosting, local law and testing in your own commercial implementation. Contact data placed at a public URL should be treated as public information.
